A deposit is requested at the time of booking and will secure  your appointment it will be held on your salon account as a credit and be taken off your bill when you pay for your service

When re booking your colour appointment

• You may wish to roll  on your deposit

• You can have it deducted off your bill

                                                or  

• We can contact you in advance to take a deposit for your next colour appointment

If you wish to cancel an appointment your deposit will be refunded as long as you have given 48 hours notice 

​

If you wish to rearrange your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment providing you have given 48 hours notice , 

 

By giving 48 hours notice this enables the salon to offer your appointment to someone else 

When less than 48 hours notice is given there will be a late cancellation fee of 50% of your total bill  as this doesn’t give an opportunity for your stylist to fill the availability.
