When booking your appointment

you may be asked for a deposit

for services that take longer

than two hours

A deposit is requested at the time of booking and will secure  your appointment it will be held on your salon account as a credit and be taken off your bill when you pay for your service 

When re booking your colour appointment

  • You may wish to roll  on your deposit

  • You can have it deducted off your bill

                                                or  

  • We can contact you in advance to take a deposit for your next colour appointment

If you wish to cancel an appointment your deposit will be refunded as long as you have given 48 hours notice 

If you wish to rearrange your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment providing you have given 48 hours notice , 

 

By giving 48 hours notice this enables the salon to offer your appointment to someone else
